Describe your treatment plan for your patient in each of these four scenarios. This means that you will have a treatment plan for each separate scenario.

Patient reports there is no response to the medication.
Patient reports there is a partial response to the medication. Mood has lifted, but energy and motivation are still poor.
Patient reports mood is improved but sexual side effects are interfering with quality of life.
Patient reports mood has improved, but they now have an extreme increase in energy and can’t slow down, are not sleeping, and feel like they can get four days work completed in only a few hours.
