Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to create a presentation for a parent education night in order to share strategies to help parents support and encourage developmental milestones in infants and toddlers.
Directions: For this week’s assignment, you will create an 8-slide PowerPoint presentation sharing strategies with parents to support and encourage milestones in three developmental areas: cognitive, social/emotional, and physical.
Please include speaker notes on each slide. The speaker notes area is a text box located beneath each slide. The purpose of the speaker notes is to elaborate on each bullet point listed on the slide. Typically, provide at least one sentence for each bullet point. These notes are used by the speaker when giving the presentation.
